Thanks Mrs. Jahangir,
Could you tell the viewers if you make all the gfcf dishes from scratch or could get some items from the market. for instance what did you use to replace milk and whats the main source of calcium for your child.
Another question is did you implement the whole diet at once or tried eliminating first casein and than gluten?
